Ms Shaarika is a consultant Psychologist with 10 years of experience. She did her Masters in Psychology and MPhil from the Sree Shankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady Cochin She is the co founder of Princeps Academia, a Research Skill Development institute which helps Research scholars and Professionals with their Research projects with regard to Research methodology and statistics.

She is also the founder of MINDPORT in Trivandrum , a complete Psychotherapy clinic, which provided regular services of psychiatrists, clinicalpPsychologists and consultant psychologist under one roof for the first time in Trivandrum.

Shaarika also founded Agents of Hope, a registered NGO. Agents of hope is committed to education, medical and mental health and empowerment of women. Her articles and poetry have been published in prominent Newspapers and magazines. She has also been on various television shows and debates as well as radio programmes. She has held lectures for corporates, professionals, schools and colleges in Kerala creating mental health awareness. She is a certified Mindfulness Trainer and Practitioner.

Ms Usha is a senior dietician with more than 30 years of experience as clinical nutritionist. She was earlier associated with VPS Lakeshore hospital ,KIMS, INHS Sanjivani , INHS Kalyani ( Indian Naval Hospital), Bahrain Specialist hospital, VLCC institute of Nutrition etc

She is a life member of Indian dietetic association. She is also a certified member of the American dietary association.

She is also certified in critical care nutrition, good nutrition program, Therapeutic diet specialization – Liver and renal transplant , Geriatric nutrition, Oncology, Type 1&2 diabetes, sports and wellness nutrition , caridiac disease, gastric diseases .

Ms Vinaya Mackil

Onco Social work

Vinaya Mackil is a medical social worker with more than 10 years of experience. After her masters in social work from BCM college Kottayam, she started her freelance consultation.She worked closely with Dr Boben Thomas specialising in Medical & Pediatric oncology.

She has special interest in the impact of cancer on the psychosocial function of pediatric & adolescence patients.

She is actively associated with various social forums like Swasthi Foundation Trivandrum.

A passionate social worker who understands that cancer affects the social well being of not just the patient alone but the entire family an feels and active involvement in their social life will make a positive outcome & help to improve the quality of live.
